Operating problems beyond Nottingham stopped 6Z56 completing it's journey to Boston. The decision was taken to return the train hauled by 56312 to WWH via Leices, resulting in this unusal shot passing Whitacre Jnc 23-06-2009

Diverted from it's booked route back to Derby via Sheffield, following the failure of newly MTU converted PC 43013 at Toton. It was decicded to return the train to Derby via Long Eaton and the ensemble are seen passing Wilmorton hauled by newly retro liveried 31106 23-06-2009. I had been waiting at Duffield and am indebted to Brother Ross for posting this last minute change of plan.... I arrived with less than 1 min to spare.
